Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Plan

It is not perhaps generally realised that a reservation constitutes a binding contract. In the event of cancellation you could be liable for the balance due. To solve this problem we have arranged a Cancellation Plan, the fee for which is £10.00 per week to be included with deposit.

Conditions Of Plan

In the event of cancellation due to injury, illness, death or redundancy of any member of your party named on the booking form, and this can be substantiated, we will refund your deposit and any balance paid IN FULL providing notification is received by recorded delivery immediately or at least 5 full working days prior to the commencement of the holiday booked. Your liability concerning any unpaid balance would also be cancelled.

Conditions of Hire

Holiday accommodation is hired under the following conditions of hire and persons making the application to hire are deemed to accept these conditions:
  1. The person making the booking must accompany the party and be at least eighteen years of age unless written approval is given by the proprietors.
  2. A deposit of 25% along with £10.00 per week. Cancellation Plan fee must be enclosed with the booking and the balance paid without reminder, four weeks before arrival. For a booking that is made within 28 days of arrival.
  3. The full hire cost must be sent with your booking form.
  4. The total number of persons may not exceed the maximum number for which the accommodation is equipped.
  5. Keys are available from Reception up until 7.00pm on the day of arrival. Prior notice of late arrival must be given before 7.00pm. All bookings are from Saturday 2.30pm to Saturday 10.00am. Please notify us in writing if possible when you expect to arrive late.
  6. Maximum of four adults plus 2 children in Larchwood Bungalow and chalets,A2,A3,A4,A5 and A6 Caravans.
  7. For extra guests not on the booking form there will be a charge of £10.00 per person per night.
The applicant undertakes:
  • That the number of people occupying the property shall not exceed the number stated in the brochure, and only those whose names are entered on the Booking Form will be allowed admittance.
  • To keep the property and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the property in the same state of repair and condition as the same are in at the commencement of the letting (reasonable wear and tear excepted).
  • To replace any part of the property or furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects damaged or destroyed with similar articles of at least equal value, or if the Proprietors require, pay to the proprietors the value of such part of the property or the furniture ,fittings and effects so destroyed or damaged.
  • To vacate the property at the end of the letting and to leave the same in a clean and tidy condition.
  • To report to the Proprietors forthwith any details of any damage done to the property or any of the furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects to enable replacement to be arranged.
  • Not to leave any dog(s) alone in the accommodation nor allow them to get onto beds,chairs or any upholstered surface.
The tariff is calculated with VAT at 17.5%, if there is any rise in the rate, an increase may be applicable.
